Product Issues? Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 15 days of receipt – no exceptions - if there are product concerns. Let us know within those 15-days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do not receive notification that you have product concerns within the 15-day period, the return will be rejected.

To Start a Return
If you do receive a damaged item, follow these steps below:
1. Use a smartphone to take pictures of the area of concern and email the images to us at Hello@Cloudchayzer.com.
2. Include your preferred telephone number so that we may contact you.
3. If your return is accepted, we will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which will include a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. The Customer will pay for the cost of shipping the purchase back to us.
5. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING AN RMA RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
6. All original tags and packaging must accompany the purchase and must be in good, condition.
7. You will be sent an Item Return number that must accompany the package. Allow 15 business days for the return to be completed. Should the return be accepted, the Product will be exchanged for the same product type, style and color. Exchanges will be sent to the original address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping and Delivery
We are always working to get your Cloudchayzer quickly to you. However, delays in global shipping and holiday shipping can produce longer than usual shipping timelines. Please allow 5-10 business days for your purchase to arrive. At this time, Cloudchayzer ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Cloudchayzer ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. International Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Cloudchayzer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
